When You Photograph Photographers…
It’s been a while since I’ve posted photos here. Back in May, my fiance and I went on a week-long vacation to Savannah to visit his parents. While we were busy eating our way through the South, we managed to sneak in some visits to the amazing historical sites in the area. Unfortunately, that famous Southern humidity did quite the number on my camera. Halfway through our visit to Fort Sumter, my camera quit on me!
Fast forward to November 5th. My dear friend, Chrysti, who is the amazing photographer who shot my WEDDING (Oh yeah, did I mention I got married?), asked me to take her family photos. With all that wedding prep, I didn’t have the chance to get a new camera (weddings are expensive, yo.), so the plan was to use hers. Since I needed to check my SD cards, I grabbed a new battery and fired up my camera just to check out the cards. Lo, and behold, my camera worked! I was able to shoot the wonderful Chrysti, her husband, and their suuuuuuuper cute kiddos in the same location where she took our Engagement photos just a few months ago. While it was so much fun, it’s always a little nerve-wrecking to shoot someone who does this for a living. Hopefully, they enjoy the end result, because I sure did have a great time with them!
So, without further ado, here’s the Ermans!
